We utilize Phillips Zoom!® teeth whitening products and technology as they are a tried-and-true option to brighten patients’ smile. We begin your treatment first by recommending you use a highly fluoridated toothpaste for 14 days before the procedure. This strengthens enamel against sensitivity during teeth bleaching treatment. Once this is complete, we provide our two options to lift stains: same-day or take-home teeth whitening.

Take-home teeth whitening is a convenient, dentist-supervised option to brighten the smile. We still recommend you utilize the fluoridated toothpaste prior to whitening for your continued comfort. For a custom whitening treatment, we fabricate the trays used.

In-office whitening can be performed in just two hours; Zoom!®’s ACP gel is fast-acting, whitening the teeth instantly. Unlike other whitening products, Zoom!® utilizes a light to activate the whitening agents and enhance the effectiveness of the gel. We fabricate trays that hold anti-sensitivity gel to fit the contours of your smile. Once you’ve completed same-day whitening treatment in our Calgary office, we send you home with six months’ worth of touch-up kits that also include ACP.

For your continued comfort, we provide the highly fluoridated toothpaste as well. Shade improvement depends on the discoloration level of patients’ smiles at the beginning of treatment. Once whitening treatment is completed, patients will experience the dramatic difference of Phillips Zoom! teeth whitening.
